DESCRIPTION

Hawthorne is also known as Mayblossom and whitehorn. It is used to promote cardiovascular health.* Standardized extracts improve myocardial and coronary circulation, supporting cardiovascular health.*

Hawthorne is also to support the nervous system and to promote normal sleep.* It may potentiate the action of digitalis, and does potentiate cardiotonic glycosides.* Hawthorne contains leucoanthocyanins, flavonoids, hyperside, vitexin 2-rhamnoside, glucosylflavones, amines, catechols, phenolcarboxylc acids, triterpene acids, sterols, and purines.
